The Division recognizes the importance of promoting the position of school bus
drivers who play such an important role to the students of Battle River School
Division #31.
Procedures
In an effort to encourage recruitment of school bus drivers, the board will
offer the following bonus system:
$100.00 will be paid to
each regular or spare bus driver employed by Battle River School Division
#31 who recruits a new applicant for bus driving once that applicant is
approved to drive for Battle River School Division #31.
$100.00 will be paid to
the recommending regular or spare bus driver if the new applicant is still
actively serving Battle River School Division #31 in six months following
approval.
$100.00 will be paid to
the new recruit after 6 months of employment by Battle River School Division
#31.
