Note:
1) PROGRESS REPORTS shall be issued in November, January, April and June to students in grades 7 through 12. Schools with elementary students will have the option of three or four reports. This decision will be made by the school administration in consultation with staff and parents.
2) PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS may be held in the evenings during the first reporting period (November). Classes will be cancelled on November 13 to hold interviews or in lieu of evening interviews. Evening interviews will also be held in March/April. March 26 will be a day off in lieu of these interviews.
3) STAFF MEETINGS will be held on the third Tuesday of every month with the exception of December and April; students may be dismissed early on those days, but must spend no less than one half day in instruction.
4) December 18 and June 28 are regular instructional days.
5) CHRISTMAS VACATION – December 21, 2009 to January 1, 2010 inclusive.
6) SPRING BREAK – March 29 to April 4, 2010 inclusive. |
